Refund Policy

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported to the store by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, and returned to the store (postage to be paid by the customer). A replacement will be posted out or refund given within 48 hours.

If the recipient is not at home to accept delivery and the goods are returned to the local postal depot, it is the responsibility of the recipient to collect the goods.

Refunds will not be authorised if the package is left with the local postal depot and not collected. The tracking information will confirm where the package is being held.

Refunds will only be made back to the card used to make the purchase.
