Storing and Serving
We bake each tart and pudding to traditional recipes and to order so that they are completely fresh when we post them.
They have 3-4 week shelf life but once opened we would recommend they are eaten within 3 days.
Store at room temperature - not in a fridge or anywhere warm.
At 6 inch diameter, each tart or pudding will provide 4 good sized portions. Ideally, serve them slightly warmed with ice cream, cream or custard.
